David has almost 10 years of experience in the financial services industry.  He began mortgage origination for a large national bank in 2007.  He joined Community National Bank in 2012 and feels at home originating with a local lender.  The most rewarding part of his job is helping his clients achieve their home ownership dreams – educating them, walking them through the process, and ma king it as enjoyable as it should be.

David is a native of West Texas, with an understanding for the local economy.  While he still enjoys traveling, strong ties to his community, family, and friends in West Texas have brought him home. 

David Black knows our community and local real estate market.  His associations with local real estate professionals enable him to complete transactions smoothly and efficiently.

Valli Evans was born and raised in Midland. She traveled with her husband while he served in the military and ultimately returned home to Midland in 2004. In 1999, Valli entered the real estate industry working with a builder and transitioned to mortgage lending in 2004. Valli is well-versed in all forms of mortgage lending and specializes in self-employed borrowers. Her commitment to customer service has led to return customers becoming a large part of her customer base.

Valli dedicates herself to making every transaction as smooth as possible from start to finish, and strives to make all borrowers confident and comfortable throughout the process. She has been with Community National Bank for over ten years.

Chris Hart has been a part of the Real Estate industry in the Permian Basin for over seventeen years. After several years of traveling as a military dependent, she moved to West Texas and started working at a local abstract company. After a few years, Chris shifted towards lending as a mortgage underwriter. Today, she is the Senior Vice President of Community National Bank’s Mortgage Lending. She has wide range of experience in multiple aspects of the industry. 

Chris has participated in several local assistance programs to aid borrowers in home purchases. She believes in educating our first time home buyers, as well as providing exceptional customer service to all.

Samantha Ramos is a West Texas native born in Rankin and raised in Midland. Her enjoyment of mortgage lending began in 2005 where she specialized in home equity lending and then went on to a large bank in 2011 where she began originating all mortgage products.  Samantha has 10 years mortgage experience which helps her to identify the needs of her borrowers and provides them the best home lending product. 

Samantha is committed to providing excellent customer service through communicating
and educating her customers through the process. With her mortgage experience and product knowledge
it enables her to help make the Home Lending process go as smooth as possible  .
